Catch up...

Am I the only one that finds that I haven't posted for a while, and gets stressed about all the things that I have missed? Just a quick summary... Utah's Junior Miss has come and gone. We had an Awesome show (pat myself on the back), and have a fabulous girl that is going on to the national program in June. Happy that it is over, for now. Tyler's birthday was on Tuesday. I love you Ty!! I can't imagine my life without you!!

And now... we are officially living with my parents. WHY? Let's just say that my house is no longer what it used to be. I guess that is a good thing. We have been wanting to remodel for so long, and Tyler took the hammer to the wall last week- literally. He punched a big hole on the side of our fireplace, and said that now is a great time to start demolition. SO, this past Saturday, Tyler, his dad, brother, and bro-in-law DESTROYED my house. Yes. destroyed. Fireplace- gone. carpet- gone, kitchen- gone. It is a just a big empty shell, just waiting to turn into my dream home- or as close to my dream home without actually building a brand new house. We are SO EXCITED to be doing this. It is a ton of work. Poor Tyler goes home every night after work, and puts in many more long hours trying to keep things rolling.
The kids and I (and kind of Tyler) have been staying at my Mom & Dad's house, so driving back and forth has been a bit tiring already since we have school, dance, soccer, scouts, friends, etc. all in Sandy, and they live in South Jordan. Thank heavens for the new 11400 S. road. Thank heavens!!

And lastly, I am 32 weeks pregnant. Things are going well with the baby, and I am due May 20. I have been having sciatic pains- any suggestions?, and I am getting tired of being pregnant. I have had contractions every now and again, so I am the least helpful person during this remodel. I feel so ineffective.

Happy news... Tyler's parents bought into a Houseboat at LAKE POWELL!!! We are So excited, and our kids can hardly wait! Dallan and Becky do such a great job at doing things to help the family grow stronger together. What better place to bond than Lake Powell?

That is it in a nutshell. I need to post pics of the remodel. I left my camera at my house, so next time I am there, I will get it. Hopefully I won't wait so long to post something.

WOW! Had NO idea this was happening! You will suffer now, but the joy and excitement will be so well worth it later...especially if it gets done BEFORE the baby arrives, right Tyler?
Can't wait to see it!!!
